After assessing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the Greater Seattle area, NPR has decided to cancel the Thursday, March 26 performance of NPR’s How I Built This with Guy Raz: Live. We hope to reschedule at Benaroya Hall in the future, and will continue to follow guidance from King County, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization regarding public events.
We would like to offer you the following options regarding your tickets:
1. Request a refund for your tickets. You may request a refund by calling the Benaroya Hall Ticket Office at 206.215.4747 or emailing email@example.com. If there are any remaining tickets following the scheduled performance date, they will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
2. Exchange your tickets to an upcoming performance. We are happy to exchange your tickets into one of the many upcoming 2019–2020 season Seattle Symphony performances of comparable value, based on availability. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange your tickets. Benaroya Hall Ticket Office hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm and Saturday, 1–6pm.
3. Put your tickets on account. Unsure what you'd like to exchange into? Contact the Benaroya Hall Ticket Office at email@example.com and they'll put your funds on account for future use.
